I have just ordered some balloons for my nephew (they haven't been delivered yet so I hope I'm not jumping the gun) but the young man who helped me on the telephone deserves a huge pat on the back! As soon as I mentioned I was calling from Australia he bent over backwards to help me. Good service is often hard to find, but this guy delivered.....well done mate, from this experience your store will be my go to place for "gifts" from now on on......unfortunately I didn't get his name but I'm sure a little investigation would find him (high st ken). Thanks heaps.

I just wanted to say 'thank you' for all your help with organising my little boy's first birthday. I'm sorry I can't remember the lovely lady's name, however she was so helpful and friendly, in ordering items and bagging up all the balloons ready for me to collect. Another lady also gave Wilbur a lovely balloon which she tied to his buggy and he enjoyed batting this around.

I'll definitely recommend the Cobham shop to my friends (I already have) and will be sure to be back for Wilbur's 2nd birthday!

Thanks again, your customer service is great (something you don't find too often these days).

There are some very interesting things at this place. Real fun to shop.

I have the best costumes that i brought here to my son.

It really amaze me because its so cheap.And they will give you discount if the item that you buying is for the activity of the school.

The service was very nice they will explain to you the quality of the brands.Staffs knows the items very well and well trained.
